We professional produce the simple low cost high effect magnetic separation( magnetic filter) , magnetic bar are used widely including the food ,ceramic , plastics processing , chemical and powder processing, the magnetic filter bars are made with Alnico, Ceramic or Rare Earth magnet material with stainless steel for effectively removing ferrous chips and metal particles from loosely packed, free flowing materials. Easily installed into machinery or assembled by the customers requirement. Encased in either 304 or 316 stainless steel tubes with various  diameter. We can offer them with either Ferrite magnets or Rare earth magnets (1500 gauss up to 12,000 gauss).Als custom the length required by the customer

PRODUCT PERFERMAONCE

1.Diameter 0.5", 0.75", 1", 1.25", 1.5", 1.75", 2”, 3", 4"  choice for round magnetic filter bar . The mostly diameter is 1". Standard lengths range from 3" to 60", max can reach 2500MM

2. Made of 304 & 316 S.S. tube, equipped with ferrite magnets and strong rare-earth magnets . Also can build or modify your own magnetic separation equipment with individual magnetic filter bar.

3. Magnetic strength from 1500-12000 Gauss are possible by your requirements. For normal magnetic bar equipped with Ceramic magnets, which could give typical peak value of more than 2,500 Gauss on the surfaces. For common magnetic bar equipped with Rare-earth magnets, which could give typical peak value of more than 12,000 Gauss on the surfaces. Our ordinary temperature is 80C,but if demand,we can offer up to 350C to meet your special applications

4. Fully seal welded with nail head ,thread hole, double-screw bolt and other kind of ends by your requirement application.
