South Korean firm Seonglim Advanced Industrial has completed its first production of rare earth permanent magnets at its Hyeonpung plant in North Gyeongsang Province. This is the country’s first facility of its kind, with an annual capacity of 1,000 tons, enough to meet the needs of approximately 500,000 electric vehicles.
